Advantages
- Having good paint film toughness and scratch resistance, suitable for automatic wire winding and embedding.
- It has good Thermal shock and excellent softening breakdown performance, and is suitable for high temperature, overload and heavy load motor and electrical products.
- In addition to strong acids, chloride ion salts, and organic compounds, it has good resistance to acids, alkalis, and most organic solvents.
- Direct soldering polyester imide enameled wire does not require removing the paint film and can be directly welded at a welding temperature of 450-500 ℃.
- The polyamide outer composite coating is generally 2-5um, which further improves the elasticity and scratch resistance of the paint film and can also reduce salt water pinholes.
Limitations
- Easy to hydrolyze in aqueous sealing systems (attention should be paid when sealing motors and electrical appliances).
- Incompatible with PVC, Neoprene and other chlorine containing polymer compounds.
- Slightly poor adhesion of paint film.
- In water containing chloride ions, a significant decrease in voltage is generated and the brittleness of the paint film increases.
- Poor conductivity of aluminum wire.
