Advantages of Chalco aluminum foil for li-ion batteries
Uniform and controllable thickness: Chalco aluminum foil rolling mill equipment is equipped with advanced automatic thickness control system and automatic shape control system to achieve precise control of shape and thickness.
Quality assurance: Chalco selects aluminum foil blanks, strictly controls the hydrogen content of the blanks, the amount of non-metallic slag and particle size, and guarantees product quality from raw materials.
High cleanliness: Chalco adopts advanced online degreasing technology to ensure the cleanliness of the aluminum foil on the basis of ensuring the mechanical strength of the aluminum foil.
Where is aluminum foil used in lithium-ion batteries?
The positive electrode is lithium iron phosphate coated on aluminum foil, but lithium iron phosphate is preferred. The negative electrode is copper foil coated with graphite or lithium titanate. There is a separator between the positive and negative foils, which are wound together. Put the wound positive and negative sheets (including the separator) into the battery case together, inject the electrolyte, and then vacuum seal to complete the processing of a single battery.
